1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Thinkable platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform to browse events, purchase tickets, manage memberships, and access related services. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated or transferred through the Platform’s official transfer feature. Thinkable reserves the right to cancel orders that violate purchase limits.
4. Membership
Membership subscriptions are billed annually. Benefits are subject to the terms of the specific membership tier. Thinkable reserves the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Event Changes & Cancellations
Thinkable reserves the right to change event dates, venues, or lineups. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund. For rescheduled events, existing tickets will be honoured for the new date.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: resell tickets above face value; use automated tools to purchase tickets; create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits; engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform or other users’ experience. Violation may result in account suspension or cancellation of orders.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Thinkable or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Thinkable’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant ticket or service. Thinkable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
