Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are final. We generally don't offer refunds or exchanges once a booking is confirmed, except where required by law, due to genuine hardship or exceptional circumstances, or as outlined in the policies below. We encourage you to check event details carefully before purchasing.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances — such as event cancellation, significant rescheduling, or where required under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond these, we may review other requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or travel issues are generally not eligible for a refund.

3. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by us, you'll be offered a full refund of the ticket price. Booking fees may not be refundable (see Section 6). Refunds for cancelled events will be processed automatically to your original payment method, no action is required on your part.

4. Event Rescheduling

If an event's start time changes by less than 4 hours, or the venue changes within the same city, this is not considered a rescheduling for refund purposes, and your ticket will remain valid as is.

If an event is rescheduled by more than 4 hours, or moved to a different day, your existing ticket will automatically be valid for the new date or time. If you're unable to attend, you may request a refund by contacting us at team@thinkable.events

5. Membership Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable once your membership has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. If you wish to cancel your membership, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no further charges applied.

6. Booking Fees

Booking and service fees are non-refundable, even where a ticket refund is approved, unless the event is cancelled outright by us.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at team@thinkable.events with your order number and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer protection legislation, please contact us and we will assess your request accordingly.
